Municipal Court is held the 1st Monday of each month at the Mountain Park Town Hall located at 206 Spruce Street at 6:00 pm.
Tickets can be paid at the Mountain Park Town Hall located at 208 Spruce Street. Hours of operation are 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Tuesday-Thursday. For information regarding the status of your ticket, please call 580-569-4234.

If you are pleading guilty or no contest, you will have the following options listed below. Failure to appear on or before the arraignment date will result in additional fines, fees, and a warrant.

Online Traffic Ticket Pay
To pay a fine for a traffic violation scan the QR Code on this page or go to ezticketpay.com
Click “Select Municipality” and select “Mountain Park Municipal Court” from the drop down menu to begin. Enter your information and then select “Make A Payment” once the window appears. Fill out the payment form with the information from your traffic ticket. If the form does not fill out for you, click “add violation” and continue to payment.

You may use check, money order, or cashier check. Please make checks payable to Mountain Park Court Clerk and include your citation number. To avoid late fees and penalties, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Do not pay in partial payments unless granted permission from a Jury, partial payments will not be accepted.
